Sara Wentland

President

Sara Wentland is a Senior double-majoring in Finance and Business Analytics with a minor in English. As President of the Fairfield Investment Group, Sara leads a team of over 60 students managing a $230,000+ portfolio and drives key initiatives to enhance members' investment and presentation skills. Sara's professional experience includes internships at Moneco Advisors (Wealth Management) and Vanguard (Corporate Finance). Most recently, she interned in Debt Capital Markets at Bank of America, where she will be returning as a Full-time Analyst upon graduation. Outside of FIG, she is the Co-President of the Fairfield Finance Club, coordinating events with alumni across the finance industry. Sara also competed in the CFA Institute Equity Research Challenge, helping lead Fairfield University to its first-ever regional victory in New York City.
